Regardless of whether or not the FO is overasserting themselves in personnel or coaching decisions, the HC has to be able to do SOMETHING with the cards they are dealt. Minshew looked great until teams got film on him. The D survived until Ramsey decided he'd had his full (to a point) and Dareus fell apart. The coach should be able to tell his coordinators that their game plans are going to fizzle, and to guide them in ways to get the most out of the roster.

....or maybe he's just sandbagging until he gets Tom fired. Yeah, that's it.
