I think deflategate was way overhyped. If you fill footballs at the prescribed air pressure, doing it in a room that is say 72 degrees, and then take them outside where the air is 40 degrees, it will reduce the air pressure in the football. That's obvious.
Secondly, this latest "spygate" is much ado about nothing. If they were really spying on the Bengals, do you think they would do it so obviously? So, would I put an asterisk by the Pats' Super Bowl wins? No. |
