Could have said the same thing about Gruden.  Got paid a ton of money to talk about what other coaches are doing wrong.  Besides, considering none of them have ever coached or been a GM, they may need a place like Jacksonville to give them a shot as opposed to a more established well run franchise.  

Although havent been following the talk so not sure why anyone thinks these two would be any good as a coach or GM.  Not sure being a good TV analyst is a qualifier.
