Only way to repair this image is to clean house. Jacksonville is/was already a weak destination for top free agents. Add in this report, and you can kiss the 2/3rd tier players goodbye too.

Fire everyone. Put out a statement saying it's a new regime and things will be done differently. Hope players listen.
