Reading that article on jaguars.com for just one split, shred, hair of a second made me ask: what if Marrone actually is a good coach, and this is all Coughlin's doing?

0.68 seconds, I snapped back to reality, but as Amelibot can attest, that is nearly an eternity.

Lol!! I did the exact same thing. Maybe Marrone hasn't been able to do what he wants. Then I read bits like this

He also said Executive Vice President of Football Operations Tom Coughlin has not addressed the situation with him, adding: “We did have obviously a conversation that I just said I wasn’t going to be prepared to address it. That was about it.”

And then I realize, nice guy, horrible HC

You might want to watch the press conference then decide.

What I got from it is that he (Doug Marrone) is not involved as far as fines and whatnot within the organization.  He's saying that he as well as the other coaches are basically on the "same level" as far as the "organizational hierarchy" or somewhere in between the players and the front office.  It looks to me like the statement from the NFLPA is clearly aimed at Coughlin.

At this point, if I was Shad Khan I would either fire or ask for Tom Coughlin's retirement at the end of the season.  I do think that's going to happen.

The fate of Doug Marrone is a question mark, but since this is a result's based business he is probably going to be dismissed.  What will happen I certainly don't know, but again if I was Shad Khan I might consider giving him until the end of his contract (2021 season).  The only reason I say that is to keep continuity at the position.  Constant turnovers of the Head Coach is not good for a football team.  The other thing is, was the 2017 season at least partially due to him being the HC?  Was the 2018 season results partially due to injuries?  Does the actions of Tom Coughlin have anything to do with the 2019 season?

As far as Caldwell, I think it would probably depend on how much he was/was not involved with the fines/grievances.  My gut feeling is that he will probably stay.

My final thought is that this whole mess including the state of the franchise and the team is directly because of the actions of Tom Coughlin and the Front Office.

There are 10 kinds of people in this world.  Those who understand binary and those who don't.
