Would you not agree that being capable of putting the right people in class and forming a plan as a critical part of good ownership? There's no doubt he's willing to spend the money. 

For instance, the plan to undergo a massive rebuild with a rookie GM and HC combo was an extremely poor plan, as was the idea to bring a militant former coach like Coughlin in to baby sit everyone....and the next bad plan would be keeping Caldwell and Marrone another year. 

All of those bad decisions are a direct result of Khan hires

Would you not agree that Caldwell and Bradley were both highly desired at the time of their hire? That the idea of Coughlin, who built the franchise once and won at the highest levels, as a direction setter would bring valuable experience to the front office? I think Caldwell should stay but a clean sweep wouldn't cause me to lose any sleep.
