We are jaguars so we will keep bad coaches and sign them to extensions. We will extend the wrong players and chase bad decisions with worse decisions. 

So we will keep this crap show until the contracts expire. That is the Jaguars way.  Welcome to Duval prepare to be underwhelmed.
