The new regime took over just 2 seasons ago is that posters point. And turned a perennial crappy team into a SB contender.

To this 49ers discussion, They have been rebuilding forever. I am hesitant to just give credit to the new regime since they have been trying to get back to SB form since they cut their QB. They dug this hole for themselves. I highly doubt they have a fully revamped roster top to bottom in these 2 years that they are getting success from. This isnt a young roster with 3 to 4 yr players.
