This team still needs a Franchise QB. QB may be the top priority.

This isnt a young roster with 3 to 4 yr players.

Coaching and management matters.
The scheme fit changes for the players that were already there. The signing a bunch of guys at RB instead of wasting draft capital on a top ten RB. Trading for Jimmy G. Adding guys like Richard Sherman in free agency (and E. Sanders prior to trade deadline) I believe getting Kittle was this regimes first draft.

These are the moves that matter. Yes they've acquired quite a bit of talent on their front 7 from years past... but the offensive turnaround is why they are winning.
Furthermore, the years between Harbaugh and Shanahan were spent middling around and doing nothing. And instead of giving THOSE guys 7 years... ownership pulled the plug and the new guys turned it around in 2 (well, IN their 3rd season... probably woulda been better last year had Jimmy G not tore his ACL)

This new regime did fix the woes that they had.  My point is this, we have passed on TE talent and OL talent for mutliple drafts and now its biting us.  WE could still be a contender had this FO not passed on those positions for players like taven bryan etc.  Its easy to do when your FO has the intellegence of a 12 year old.  We just have a FO full of toddlers that act stupid come the 1st rd of the draft.

2023 and still counting.....SB will finally be ours soon enough.
