Only way Hurts ends up in Jacksonville [maybe) is if Marrone is replaced with Roman and Roman feels he can operate the offense he has now in Baltimore with a very, very poor man's version of Lamar Jackson / Kyler Murray.

Other than that? No telling where he ends up. He'll probably end up in Baltimore, Arizona or Seattle though given those offensive systems may suit his skill sets early.
