If some don't think a spot of two matters then why is it so expensive to move up a spot of two?
If the team isn't that bad then the coaching staff is HORRIBLE.

No, it's not. You win by winning important games. Not by winning meaningless games that only hurt your draft position and possibly save the job of your crappy head coach and GM.
