Caldwell has missed a lot of picks, but Gene Smith makes him look like a draft genius by comparison.

Genes record was 22-42 with 4 seasons.
Dave's record is 36-76 with 7 seasons.

It is clear who the worst GM in our franchise history is, and it actually isn't even close.
