Let me try this again.

 

With CVS ending the sales of Tobacco and cigarette products customers who have medical prescriptions with CVS can still go to gas stations, and dollar stores if they wish to purchase the products CVS is no longer selling come October 1. CVS is revising their business model to better align with their mission which is to not conflict their pharmacy retail, with tobacco retail thus to achieve the maxium in providing pharmacy health care, they took the measures to eliminate the sales of tobacco and cigarette products.

CVS filling prescriptions for people who may go down the road for cigarettes has nothing to do with CVS. They have no control over what other companies are doing.
