So doesn’t that make him a great coach?

He has the ability to find great coordinators? Most great coaches are great at finding great people.

College yes, but pro coaches are generally X and O guys that have successful experience working as coordinators.

He also wasn't that successful to start, so it took some time to find the right coaches.

He is great for college, but would be a failure in the NFL.
