Off the top of my head, Barker was pretty good.  I'm not sure if he was better.

Want to know something odd? Despite this fanbase claiming he was no good, Bryan Anger holds four of the top 6 spots in the Yards per Punt seasonal stats. And he only played here for four seasons. He's still overdrafted, but he was a pretty damn good punter.

Logan Cooke's season is ranked #3 BTW.
