To be honest with you, Bridgewater has a enough errors his throwing mechanics and enough weight to put on to have a similar arm as rodgers.

 

1. He needs to bulk up 10-15lbs which is a must to improving arm strength

2. He needs to incorporate his lower body in his throws, up till now, most of his throws have been arm throws
