It's possible, maybe even probable, that he will gain some velocity as he fills out and adds muscle like Tom Brady did. I don't think he'll get to Rodgers level though, that type of velocity increase from a prospect to a pro is pretty unheard of.

He doesn't have to make that much of a velocity jump be a damn good QB either, he has enough arm to be that as is.
