We both know the answers to your questions.

1) Nuremburg. But the idea that a Jew can not be a loyal citizen is almost as old as Judaism itself.  You find bad guys saying this in the books of Daniel and Esther in the Bible 
2) Eugenics is the idea that humans could be improved through selective breeding.  In the 1930s, people didn't know which traits were genetic and which were not.  They were guessing.  They also implemented this idea by forcibly sterilizing people, which is now considered a crime against humanity.
3) At least some of the Eugenicists were not anti-Semitic at all.  
4) in the US, poor or less intelligent women who were stereotyped as sexually adventurous or at least sexually compliant were targeted for forced sterilization by eugenicists.  Early on, these were usually black women.  Later, native women were targeted this way. While women are voluntarily sterilized every day in the US, let's hope it's not being done forcibly, here or anywhere, and fight people who propose it

So how does any of this tie back to cancel culture?

The dehumanization of individuals. But you know all this.

That's a really broad definition of dehumanizing.
Where I live, there's a Christian radio station. This is not about religion, just the tendency to fence out other views.  This radio station will play "you raise me up", but not the Josh Groban version. They will play "how far is heaven" but not the Los Lonely Boys version. Same words, same instruments. They play remakes by safe, outwardly Christian singers instead.  For them, artists that also sing about sketchy stuff or who don't have great life stories are "cancelled".  Whatever.  Let audiences cancel who they want and enjoy who they want. No one has a right to be a popular entertainer.
