Yes, Steve Scalise got shot, but so did Gabrielle Giffords.  
In 1930s Germany, different political parties actually fought in the streets.  I definitely agree members of Congress getting shot is in that category.  Swatting probably does, too. But doxxing? Not sure.  Ajit Pai got doxxed and protestors showed up at his house for a week or two, but they weren't violent.  Deplatforming? Create your own platform. No one has a right to use YouTube or Patreon.

Giffords was shot by a leftist, as was Scalise. Doxxing is a crime as it is an incitement to violence, as is Swatting. If you think a mob showing up at your doorstep for "a week or two" isn't terrorism then I can't help you. Deplatforming is a politically motivated form of prior restraint that should fall under public accommodation laws. It's no different than Target saying "black people can't shop here." All in all, these things are intended to make conservatives think twice about being conservative and to stop talking about it publicly. And if that doesn't work then to forcibly remove them from polite society.
