Many of these posts seem to indicate many of these post are somehow consequential to how this contract negotiations play out.

Keep in mind this thread and all of our banter here means nothing. No need to stress out about folks not seeing eye to eye with you.

I’m in the camp that we have too many holes to fill to over pay the man. You overpay when your window is now...our window closed.
