Yeah, we are. At least, Marrone and Caldwell are, because they're theoretically gone if we don't make the playoffs, and this is part of why I hate keeping them on a one-year leash. They're going to be more inclined to do something stupid with the first-round picks rather than grab the best players on the board. The right answer with that draft haul was to fire them both and let another regime take over. Instead, when they're fired because this team is bereft of talent in so many places, the new FO is going to be stuck with a bunch of reaches.
