So I understand it’s win now for FO, but we all know we have too many holes to really go deep next year. So my opinion as a fan and my expectations..this isn’t a win now team. We are discussing what we should do and not what will happen or at least I am.

I don't think they have too many holes at all, at least not until they start cutting guys, then we'll see. But this team was 6-6 with Minshew as QB, there's no reason IMO to think that the addition of Gruden and whatever roster changes happen can't make them at least a .500 team. And if that's possible then 2017 shows us that a deep playoff run isn't off the table.
