When you fail after already being warned you had to improve, you better not have any different things you haven't tried. That just shows you don't care enough. You fired one guy and blamed him for everything instead of blaming Doug for being a wimp and not telling TC to get off the practice field and out of meetings. Either Doug was onboard with everything or he went along with it.

At this point he coaches out his contract, Jags move more games to London, and start playing for real to make London happy.
