Thomas could well be a good option for us at 9, but I think you're exagerrating his draft stock. Most mocks don't have him going in the top 9 at all.

I have seen him go anywhere between 4th - 8th. He's a good tackle. He's been compared to Ronnie Stanley. Good company.

Drafttek has him going 8th to Arizona
Walterfootball has him going at 8th to Arizona
NFLDraftCountDown has him going 4th to New York

PFF thinks highly of him grade wise.

I don't think anyone's wrong about his stock at the moment. Plenty of needy teams in front of us that might take him.
