That's one of my two favorites, too.  I wonder, though, if many people know the context of that play and what led up to it.  The thing is, for those who don't know the context, Fred was normally pretty quiet, but he made a point of calling out Doss the week before the game and saying he was going to "punish him" for something Doss did in a game a few weeks prior.  And then late in the game, game on the line, here comes Fred, and there's Doss in the middle of the field right in front of him, and Fred just ran directly, squarely, over him and on into the end zone for the TD.  And looked back at him as he went into the end zone.

It was a play that became legendary. Legends make plays like that.

He called his shot. Taylor said he was going to “punish” Doss and he did in spectacular fashion. 

It’s not like it was in the 1st quarter, 2nd down and 7 yards to go with a score of 0-0. No no no.....

It was a game breaking play that was the winning TD in a divisional game on national TV AT HOME!
