[Bleep]
This year has honestly pushed me to the one point as a fan I never wanted to be with my home town team: apathetic. Anger is one thing to feel as a fan, but apathy is possibly the worst feeling to have for a team. Just flat out not giving a [BLEEP] is a terrible feeling to have. That’s what khan has brought me. I have been going through a lot this offseason; the birth of my son just last week was my wife and I first child. We also bought a new Home in January of this year. And work has had me traveling frequently so there have been more things than khans lousy ownership that have pulled me away. But his moves, especially this season have seriously impacted the amount of attention I truly I have invested in this team. When I think back to being at the stadium that night, with a lot of my friends and my wife, after the playoff victory against the Steelers welcoming the team home. Thinking about how much it hurt, but how excited for the next season I was after the loss in the afccg to the pats. And then I look at how I feel going into this off-season and now. And it’s honestly disheartening. And truthfully, I put a lot of this on this owner. Whether that is fair or not, that’s just how I feel. Between the London speculation that has started swirling again this offseason and the dismantling of our defense(and really the whole team) over the last few years, this is sort of a new low for me with this team. Even during the worst of the malarkey/Bradley eras, this year truly took something out of it for me. So I have to answer NO to the question. At this point, he doesn’t seem like a good fit. |
