Khan is doing lots of things right.

 He's doing a few things wrong, but they are things that alienate fans. 

On the whole he'll be a good owner if he:

  1. irons out this London thing so that it works out to be only one home game lost after the 17 game season is implemented, and 
  2.  he tones down the "greed narrative" that seems to dominate the way he's approaching the Jags revenue vs the league average
I'll wait to see how this plays out before I judge him too harshly, but he's definitely painted himself into a corner a little but at the moment.
