To determine if he is "good", you would have to define what the overall objective is as a team owner. Or how the owner sees it. I would bet that Kahn thinks he is a good owner. He's done a lot for the franchise, outside of building a winning football team. In terms of dollars, he's increased the worth of the Jaguars. In terms of having a competitive football team, he's miserably failed.

I have to think that most "true" fans care more about seeing their team be winners, as opposed to the overall stadium experience. And the wins are something that he as an owner has failed to bring. I get that he knows nothing about American football. That doesn't absolve him of the responsibility of putting the people in place that can properly run the franchise. A good owner, of any business, sees the shortcomings of the business and makes the appropriate adjustments...in a timely manner and with confidence.

But, I digress. Being ultra rich allows a person to make a plethora of bad decisions, with no reprisal. The team is garnering wealth, and in the end, Kahn could just chalk it up as a hobby he longer wants to continue and make money off selling the team.
