"On the field" he has sworn to hire others and trust them to make those decisions since day one. 

The Caldwell and Bradley hires had his input as did the retention this season of DC/DM. 

Otherwise he's been hands off.  As much as people hate those decisions, he's relegated his involvement in anything involving actual football to a miniscule level.


The shad Khan era has been incompetent in all aspects of the
of the operation and half measure fixes when it goes bad.

Maybe more hands on ownership is needed
