I've thought this too. I think St. Louis is a possibility if the Jaguars ended up relocating. St. Louis is the 23rd largest media market in the country and they'd probably be willing to build a new stadium to get a relocated team. The logistics would make more sense too. But keep in mind they've already lost two previous teams. Still, I don't think Shad Khan's connections to the area would make a difference, it'd ultimately be about the $$$.
