Absolutely the same. I live in Dallas area and it is flippin nuts here.  All the business are being sucked up and relocated here. To make believe even the middle tier NFL cities can keep up with this place is foolish.

Off topic but falls along the same vain...  why the hell is the PGA moving here?  I live out in the Frisco Corridor and it is insane. Just why?

How can any town NFL team outside of 10 cities meet the prices the league wants to push revenue?
