Players in this league talk to each other. You can guarantee that there's been plenty of players who have reached out to Ramsey, Ngakoue, Bouye, ARob etc etc, just for some insight on this clown show. Bouye even admitted as much, when he said players reached out to him about all the fines/NFLPA nonsense that was going on. I can't imagine they'll have very positive things to say about what's really going on here behind the scenes.

I just can't imagine any top FAs wanting to come here, unless we simply offer at least 10-20%+ more $$ than the next highest bidder. We're going to have to offer guys unreal amounts of money and the chances of them just going through the motions on a "vacation" are probably pretty high.

Lets face facts here. There hasn't been a single positive thing that has come out of this Franchise in years. 2017 is a long time ago. From players being public about how bad it is here. The NFLPA being public about how this franchise treats their players and literally telling players not to sign here. This franchise refusing to pay their good players what they've earned, while throwing cash at terrible players/doubling down on bad players etc etc. It's really ugly.

This franchise is flat out in an awful place right now and you can bet your [BLEEP] that the players around this league see it. Really our only hope is that they nail every pick in this draft and we have an ultra productive draft class as rookies and beyond. This is a lot deeper than just a 1 year quick fix. It's most definitely a rebuild, again.

If the team is relying on free agency to build this team, it makes the refusal to pay Yan even more infuriating.  The team is willing to overpay-even dramatically so-players who have contributed absolutely NOTHING to this team, yet they are unwilling to reward a guy who epitomizes what fans want in a player, who has been healthy and productive and ea until the team botched the negotiations willing to re-sign here.
