The front office issues is no longer an issue. Caldwell had our team knocking on the door of the SB. He'll straighten the ship but it may take a couple of years to do so. We had an stellar opportunity and blew it by hiring Coughlin to which I hate to admit. Proper defensive drafting in 2020 will steer us in the right direction.

Time Will Tell.
