My guess for this year is Anthony Barr. I guess that's kinda the trendy call, but the more I watch the less he impresses. I think he'll drop to the late 1st, possibly even into the 2nd. He's fast, that's kinda all. He still doesn't know how to use his hands, leverage, or how to transfer his speed into power. He still has the potential he's always had, but it's pretty worrisome that he didn't really get any better over the course of an entire year.

 

One of the biggest fallacies of evaluation is the assumption that every young or raw player will get better in time. That's why a lot of evaluators put projectability into a different score completely aside from the players draft grade. 

 

He pales in comparison to Mack, and I think he is behind Ealy and Ford too.
