2019  Steelers moved from 20 to 10th overall for their 2nd round pick, the #52, and a 2020 third round pick.  The Steelers took LB Devin Bush, while Denver wound up with TE Noah Fant.  That was a total of ten (10) spots.  The proposed trade witht he Eagles would involve twelve spots.  The Eagles, from one spot lowerm would have to move one spot higher to pull off that move.

2017  Houston traded up from 25 to 12 to select DeShaun Watson, Cleveland got Houston's 1st round pick in 2018.  That was a swap of 13 spots, for a pick outside of the top ten.

Assuming a trade similar in scope to last year's Pittsburgh-Denver trade, would you be in favor of such a move?

No, I would not.  

I know people don't necessarily go by those draft pick value charts, but they are useful as a benchmark for what a trade should be worth.   This one:

...says the Jags 9th overall pick is worth 1350, and the Eagles 21st overall pick is worth 800, a difference of 550, which would be the value of a HIGH second round pick, something in the top 5 picks of the 2nd round.  The Eagles 2nd round pick is worth 370, which leaves them well short of the value needed to go from 21 to 9.  It would require their 3rd round pick AND their 4th round pick in addition to their 2nd round pick to swap 1st round picks with us, at least according to this draft pick value chart.  

And I agree with that.  I wouldn't move from 9 to 21 for just any old 2nd round pick, and definitely not the Eagles' 2nd round pick.
