Exactly, the only way I would take the lesser rated player is if the players were rated very closely and we were stacked at that position. Which is almost never. We should almost always go BPA

Almost never? I'd say almost always, especially once you get past the earlier rounds. 250+ players are drafted, there are always going to be multiple players who have similar grades, however you do the grading. At that point you have to bring in all the other factors to decide who to pick from that tier of players...
