In 2003 we passed on Terrell Suggs to draft Byron Leftwich
In 2004 since we had Leftwich, we passed on Big Ben to draft WR Reggie Williams.

We essentially went from potentially having Suggs and Big Ben to having Leftwich and Williams.

Hence, the emergence of the Ravens and the downfall of the Jags.

Think about it, if we draft Big Ben, we don't go through Garrard, Gabbert, Henne, and Bortles.
