Seems to me like some teams are a lot better at it than others though. All in all, I'd have to say finding the right QB usually hides weaknesses in other positions.

And really great coaching can mask all of it. Jags have lacked both which is why is appears they are worse at drafting than most teams. I don't blame the Jags for taking Gabbert because he was rated pretty high that season and rated higher than Watt by just about everyone. He was almost the #1 pick. Anger over Wilson is still an anomaly but again, if we knew Wilson would be what he is now, he goes #1 ahead of Luck.

I'm also curious, which teams do you think draft the best?
