We keep hearing rumors they will tag Yannick, and we assume they will, but.... why hasn't it happened yet?    I remember we were certain they would tag Robinson and it never happened.

Is there a chance they actually don't use it?  I know that frees up 19 million that using the tag costs until it's resolved.
