Not the point im making. Making the point that he clearly has zero shot to start and it’s a complete waste of a 3rd round pick when the team is full of holes. So let’s just keep shipping out good players for DRAFT PICKS, and keep using those draft picks in this fashion. Makes total complete sense!

They drafted a desperation mode weak side LB because Telvin left them in dire straits with minimal notice.
 Williams turned out to be a project.  It happens.
 They have time to find a place for him or move him. Not that big of a deal. Williams could find his way onto the field in a variety of ways/packages given his LB/DB versatility. It just might not happen frequently this year while Wash is still at the helm of the defense.  

Williams was going to be the odd man out of the LB line-up regardless of what they did to address MLB -  and we've known this for months.
