I will admit that leading up to the Senior Bowl I saw him as a possibility at 9. Not saying they are the same talent level or prospect, but it's the equivalent of Harvey/Groves as your first two picks.

However, if you are saying that Brown at 9, [mumblemumble] at 20, and Kinlaw is there at 42, by all means, that is FANTASTIC value and should be the pick.
