Yes, the Jaguars were a bad team last year.  However, Chad Henne is not a rookie quarterback.  He's been in football for a while now and we have a body of work to judge him by. He is a bad quarterback.  I don't see what he can offer a rookie who is coming in.  Perhaps some people think that Gabbert was ruined by being thrown into the starter's role too quickly, but do you honestly think he would be that much better if he had sat for a year?
