No for me on Cam Newton.  I would be more receptive to Winston or Dalton.

Bucs HC Bruce Arians recommended Jameis Winston to 2 unnamed teams. 

Knowing that Bruce Arians is much more of a straight shooter than the typical NFL HC, I consider his recommendation being credible.

He recommended Winston after saying Brady was their guy then Teddy Bridgewater, then they would have stuck with Jameis if not getting those two guys.
