Even if this was leaked for someone's benefit, the much more important question is, is it true.

I don't know if it's true, TBH.

On the one hand, given his injury history, it may not be a total shock if he has failed two physicals at this point post hip surgery.

On the other hand, teams can't conduct physicals due to the Coronavirus.  It's doubtful Tua would take any physicals-much less share the results with the teams-if he knew he would/did fail them.
