Are we officially rebuilding now?

I have always assumed we were "rebuilding" to one degree or another since, maybe, the end of the 2000 season. That being said, I haven't disagreed with any of Caldwell's moves to prune the tree and get some fresh buds going. The 2017 team was talented but fragile and volatile and it came unglued like a cheap suit in a rainstorm. I'm on board with moving Yannick and Fournette since they seem emotionally tied to that group and not this one.
