I don't think this affects his stock at all. In fact, maybe there's a secret plan in Minnesota to get Priefer to resign by drafting Sam and putting him on special teams duty for his first year.

 

Or maybe not. Either way, this is an event that's been a long time coming, and I hope that Sam has a very long, prosperous career.

 

I totally agree. The word "admits" sounds like he did something wrong by choosing to be gay.

 

There can't be a secret plan to get rid of Priefer. Michael Sam said he does not care what team drafts him. Because he is a defensive player Priefer will not be his coach. I don't even know if he is still at Minnesota because usually new head coaches hire their own assistants.
