Herbert has serious accuracy concerns that are going to get exposed at the NFL level. 

He threw for 70% completion rate in his last game against Wisconsin. That doesn't change the fact that he was flat out terrible throwing the football in that game.

So Burrow threw for a worse completion rate in 2018 and did nothing at all in college career before last year. Does that mena he isnt worthy of the 1st overall pick? Obviously I'm jot alone in that evaluation or he wouldnt be universally talked about as a top half of the first round pick. I see a player with higher upside than any other QB in the draft who has also produced at the college level. I'd welcome him here and think 5 years form now he will be looked at as the best QB in this class.

Burrow showed more in 1 season than Herbert showed in his whole College career though, all while playing against far better competition.

Like you said, we're all entitled to our opinions and I see a QB in Herbert who's going to be a bust as a top 10 draft pick, if he has to play straight away. Him sitting for a couple years would be the best case scenario for him.
