Alan Ball is under contract for one more year. Gratz has what it takes to be a starter and should be better in year 2. McCray is a very intriguing up-and-comer who could back up either side and may take Ball's place at some point. Caldwell believed in this guy's potential enough to sign him to a deal through 2015. Add in Mike Harris at nickel and the 6'2" second year player, Jeremy Harris who will be healthy for the preseason - and I don't see a huge need. . |
