Thats a very fair point and does need to factor in.

Since DC arrived, there have been abut 6-7 Pro Bowl players drafted by this team.  Their status follows...

Allen Robinson:  not extended by the team.  Left via free agency
Telvin Smith-Got a second contract.  Retired after one year under his new deal for unknown reasons.  has criticized the FO since.
Jalen Ramsey-Traded away.
Yannick Ngakoue-Wanted a new deal and did not get one.  Now wants to be traded and has tried to burn every bridge to achieve that result.
DJ Chark  just got here two years ago
Josh Allen-just got here last year

You can't have any kind of sustained winning when you let talent like this leave, especially of you don't have a franchise QB that you are paying.  When you add poor player development to the mix (warhop)...one winning season in the last 12 years is what you get.
