Maybe he'll improve with experience. I was hoping the Jags replaced him with Wade Phillips. Minshew is still a bit of uncertainty. I'm hoping Minshew shows all of his doubters how wrong they were. Having a franchise QB who also had a fun personality is a great bonus. But if he fails miserably we'll probably have Lawrence in 2021.
